Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take note that once your parcel is handed over to the shipping provider, we cannot be held accountable for any potential loss or damage or for any complementary customer fees, takes or delays that might occur.
Return Policy
Personal care goods cannot be returned (such as fragrances). At this moment we do not accept refunds or returns. We carefully inspect, ensure the quality and safety of every package that we deliver, hoping it will reach every client safely. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
